Configuration of Centralised Logging

Carbonio’s log system is rsyslog, which supports a centralised setup: that is, all log files generated by Carbonio can be sent to a unique host server (we call it “Log Server”) that is appropriately configured to receive log files, which is especially useful in a Multi-Server installation.

The Log Server is given the FQDN logsrv.example.com in the steps below.
